Our Tariffs
Our rooms start from 38 € (all prices are inclusive of all local Taxes), this includes a full Continental breakfast (Coffee, tea, milk, juice, bread, cereals, eggs, fruit, etc.). We also cater for vegetarians and, with prior notice, other dietary requirements can be catered for.  

Terms & Conditions

• We have a no smoking policy at Aparthotel Avenida;

• ​We are sorry but we do not allow any pets;

• The accommodations will be available from 2 p.m on your day of arrival (earlier by prior arrangement only);

• The rooms must be vacated by 12 a.m on your day of departure (later by prior arrangement only);

• Strictly no food be cooked / consumed in the bedrooms;

• Strictly no laundry to be washed / dried in the bedrooms / bathrooms (laundry facilities available nearby).

Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour period of notice for any cancellations or amendments made to prior reservations.  If correct notice is not given the guest will be liable to pay the total amount in full for the period agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
